We did the complete cloud-based SAP HCM SuccessFactors integration and end-to-end implementation including payroll localization

  • We set up the SAP AGILE methodology which ensures ease of deployment and implementation
  • We understood they needed SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Performance and Goals, Learning Management System, and Recruiting Payroll Modules
  • Optimized HR business process flow structure keeping quality gates as review/approval in 3 different iterations and other validations
