The Challenge
As a group of 70+ companies with a centralized HR process, that operates in 15+ countries, they needed an automated, cost-effective, streamlined way to manage hiring and localized payrolls
- To set up standard HR processes that align goals throughout the group with each organization’s goals
- Keep up best practices to attract and retain the top talents in the market
- Implement a complete automatic Interface with SAP integrations
- Complying with the current online transactional management framework that is fully integrated with the financial operations and reporting

We did the complete cloud-based SAP HCM SuccessFactors integration and end-to-end implementation including payroll localization
- We set up the SAP AGILE methodology which ensures ease of deployment and implementation
- We understood they needed SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Performance and Goals, Learning Management System, and Recruiting Payroll Modules
- Optimized HR business process flow structure keeping quality gates as review/approval in 3 different iterations and other validations
- The team designed and developed business rules, and logic scripts for automating tasks strictly based on the industry's best practices
